FAQ AI Lobstter is a Shopify application that uses artificial intelligence to automatically generate FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) content for your products. The generated content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and AI assistants (GEO - Generative Engine Optimization). The App stores generated FAQs in your Shopify product metafields.
The App offers different subscription plans with varying features and usage limits:
All charges are processed through Shopify Billing. You authorize Shopify to charge your selected payment method for subscription fees. Refunds are handled according to Shopify's refund policies.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
You retain ownership of the FAQ content generated for your products. However, you are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content before publishing it on your store. LOBSTTER is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
The App uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI) to generate FAQ content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate information. You must review all generated content before publishing. LOBSTTER makes no warranties about the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.
The App, including its code, design, and documentation, is owned by LOBSTTER and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your Shopify store during your active subscription.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOBSTTER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content.
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
