When you install and use FAQ AI Lobstter, we access the following data from your Shopify store:

We retain your data for as long as the App is installed on your store. When you uninstall the App, all associated data in our systems is deleted within 30 days. FAQs stored in your product metafields remain in your Shopify store until you delete them.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, secure authentication via Shopify OAuth, regular security audits, and access controls. We never store your Shopify access tokens in plain text.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting a notice in the App or by email.
